Beautifully newly renovated 50sqm apartment for tourist rentals in Barcelona for couples or family (up to 4 People)
Located in the Born district, a central historical and fashionable area a few minutes’ walk away from the Ramblas, also near the Picasso museum and the beautiful Santa Maria del Mar cathedral. Ciutadella Park is pretty near too, an ideal place for the picnics or just have a walk. Barceloneta beach is at 10 minutes walking distance. The most stylish bars and restaurants are here, truly famous for its gorgeous night life.
The combination of traditional brick walls, wood-beamed ceiling and wood floors with modern furniture and fittings gives it an unusual charm and a warm atmosphere. A perfect mixture of an antique and contemporary styles. The flat is exterior with views on the old town street.
If you are coming with a bigger family, you can also rent the apartment next door, the Museo Picasso 2 also for up to 4 people.

Large double bedroom with 2 comfortable single beds, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and patio doors leading to the small balcony.
Spacious living room with comfortable sofa bed and TV on one side, dining table and chairs for 4 people and American kitchen on the other. There is also an access to the balcony.

Lovely modern and original bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.
Modern fully equipped American kitchen with all the household appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals during your stay.
Air conditioning and heating units for an ideal temperature during all seasons.
Situated on the first floor (real level 2nd floor) of a typical building of the area, with no lift.
All types of food stores for your grocery shopping in the area: supermarket, bakerīs, greengrocerīs, pharmacy at 100 meters distance from the accommodation, there is a cyber café for your International calls at 50 meters, the nearest public parking is at 5 minutes walk away, a big shopping mall MareMagnum at 10 minutes walking distance with plenty of clothes shops, bars, restaurants, cinema, any other entertainment places.
Excellent choice for couples or small families who look for a very nice apartment right in the center of Barcelona.

There were some small "problems" during our stay in Barcelona (internet connection, shower drainage, apartement could be little bit cleaner, for stay of 5 days we should have 2 towel sets ) but Duncan (contact person)did a god jobb so problems could be overcomed. We are concerning to travel again to Barcelona and if we do so wil we maybe again contact gobcn. Best regards G Mandic

Great location - made our holiday in Barcelona extremely enjoyable. .  The owner was very helpful. But the bath towels and the blankets were really old and unpleasant.

The apartment is ideal! Great location: safe, fairly quiet, in the middle of El Born, and just a few blocks from the Gothic Quarter. Only a stroll from Via Laietana, so taxis are plentiful, or a simple walk to the zoo or waterfront. Interior is gorgeous and has everything you need. Best shower pressure in Europe! Best wine and liquor store in the city is just feet away, and a small market and bakery too. Cafes, bars and restaurants are just around a few corners. This is a gem of a find in Barcelona.

Apartment was sparkling clean and had everything we needed for our stay - plenty of towels and really lovely crisp sheets and plenty of blankets (not that we needed them). Contact person could not have been nicer - allowed us to check-in early as our flight got us into Barcelona for 10 in the morning. The apartment is very centrally located in a really atmospheric part of Barcelona - but was nice and quiet at night. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this apartment again.
