- A 120sqm apartment near Plaza Catalunya, with room for up to 7 people.
- This is a good apartment for people who want a simple apartment only to sleep in, and to spend the day and night out enjoying the city, without spending a lot of money on a more luxurious modern place.
- 5 bedrooms:
- 2 of them are twin rooms with 2 comfortable single beds.
- 3 other rooms each have 1 single bed, and all bedrooms except one have a wardrobe for your clothes and luggage.
- (There is a 6th bedroom in the apartment, currently not avilable for use. When it becomes available we will post details here.)
- 2 bathrooms:
- The first bathroom is fully complete with bathtub, shower, washbasin and toilet. The second one is a washroom with toilet and washbasin.
- In the living space there are large windows and a dining set, so you can enjoy a self-catering holiday if you wish.
- There is a very good market nearby called La Boqueria. Here you can find all you need to cook with, in the fully equipped kitchen that the apartment offers.
- Situated in a typical building of the area, on the 4th floor with lift.
- Note: The facade is undergoing maintenance work, which will last for 11 months from July 2007. This should not interfere with your stay, but we feel it is best to point this out to customers before booking.
- A large and reasonably priced apartment for a large family or group of friends who want simple, basic accommodation for their stay.

The gothic quarter is certainly the heart of Barcelonas old town. Characteristic for this part of the town are the narrow midiaeval lanes with numerous shops, bars, restaurants, etc. Here you can go for endless walks and discover new places. Very worth seeing are the ‘Ramblas’, the gothic cathedral, parts of the old town wall, the theater ‘Liceu’, the market ‘Boqueria’, the ‘Plaza Catalunya’ and much more.
