- One with a double bed, the other with a single bed, both rooms have a wardrobe for storing luggage during your stay.
- Living room with a dining area and a comfortable double sofa-bed. TV and DVD player for relaxing at home with a film after a long day swimming in the sea!
- Fully equipped, separate kitchen with all the mplements you will need for cooking at home during your stay.
- Bathroom with bath, toilet and wash basin.
- Fantastic 40sqm terrace with garden furniture, a gorgeous space to have breakfast in the morning, evening drinks together, or to relax and sunbathe during the day!
- Shared Swiming-pool in the garden, handy for for a quick early morning swim, surrounded by grass, another great place for relaxing in the sunshine.
- Basketball ground.
- You can use the private parking lot for 12 euros per day. Please advise owner after making a reservation if you need this facility.
- Amazingly quiet place in the centre of the city, a lovely area if you want to make the most of what Barcelona has to offer by enjoying the beach life with easy access to sights around town!

Quiet and safe area, just a few minutes away from the city centre. During the 1992 Olympic Games most of the athletes were housed in the buildings here. The beaches of the ‘Villa Olímpica’ and the biggest park of Barcelona, the ‘Parc de la Ciutadella’, home to the city zoo, can be easily reached on foot. Bars and restaurants along the Olympic Port are lively and popular with tourists, and there are also a number of nightclubs open until dawn.
