- The open-plan living space was recently redecorated in a fresh modern style, with quality furniture and attractive features like parquet floors and wooden ceiling beams. There are two comfortable sofas and a dining set so you can spend mealtimes in the apartment.
- This room leads onto the two balconies with views of the typical old fashioned street, with a lateral view of the marina.
- If you are planning a self-catering holiday you will find all the equipment you need in the kitchenette. The famous Boqueria market is nearby, as well as delicatessens and convenience stores.
- Located on the 2nd floor of a typical building of the area without lift, just in the heart of the city in a quiet and safe area.

The gothic quarter is certainly the heart of Barcelonas old town.
