- This is a great apartment for people who want to be within walking distance of Las Ramblas, whilst enjoying a relaxing time in a quieter neighbourhood.
- For bigger groups, you can also book the Queen apartment, located in the same building.
- Sunny with lots of natural light and quiet place for your best comfort.
- 2 bedrooms:
- One double room with large double bed quality mattress, a wardrobe for your luggage, and access to an private interior balcony.
- One other double room with comfortable double beds, and a further folding bed available for a 5th guest.
(2 double beds ideally for 2 couples). Quality mattress.
- The bathroom is fully complete with a bath tub, shower, wash basin and toilet.
- In the living room you will find a sofa as well as a relaxing armchair. You can wind down after a day of sightseeing, and spend mealtimes indoors at the dining table. The interior balcony can be accessed from here too.
- You will find all you need to enjoy a self catering holiday in the large fully equipped kitchen. With plenty of shops and markets a short distance away, you can buy some local produce and practice your cooking skills.
- This could be the perfect place to stay for anyone interested in theatre, good food, Barcelona night life and sightseeing, and the beaches can be reached by a pleasant walk along the marina too!
- Tip: If you are taking the airport bus the Gran Via Corts Catalanes/Comte d'Urgell stop is closer than Plaza Catalunya (10-15 minutes walk from the apartment).

This well connected area of the city is great for theatre lovers, being close to Paralelo where many big shows take place. Is is in easy walking distance of Ramblas and the beaches, or a short metro/bus journey. This is a quiet residential neighbourhood with small streets and less traffic than in the city centre, and even more so at night. There is a good selection of local bars, restaurants and shops with typical Barcelona treats. If you are arriving to Barcelona by boat this is a convenient area to stay, as the dock is easily accessible on foot or by taxi.
