- El Patio is a well situated and pleasant 47 sqm apartment for up to 4 people. New reformed and refurnished. Ideally suited for people who want to visit the Sagrada familia church, and Plaza Gaudi nearby. Good for a family or 2 couples.
- There is a comfortable double bedroom with double bed and wardrobe with direct acces to the patio, and a double sofa bed (1.40m) and storage space for when you unpack capacity for 2 persons.
- You can relax in the living room and enjoy mealtimes at the dining table for four, from here you have acces to a patio as well.
- There is a 16sqm interior patio that gets very sunny at around midday with furniture with table chair and deck chair and umbrella. As you can see in the photos there are walls around the patio for your privacy, and it has a lounger, dining table and chairs. A perfect place for relaxing with glass or two of sangria! It also has a shower to help you cool off when you need to.
(Please note there are no views from the patio, as it is enclosed by the walls.)
- There is a modern kitchen you will find quality appliances and utensils, and all you need to cook during your stay.
- The bathroom has both a bath tub and shower, with wash basin, toilet and bidet. Towels and bed linen are supplied for all guests. If you are travelling with a baby just ask the owner for a cot and one will happily be provided.
- The flat is situated on the first floor of a typical Eixample building with a lift.
- Ideally for people asking for a quiet , safe and centrical place to stay in Barcelona !!
