- In summer this is a good place for a mixed vacation of city & beach. You have direct buses and metro to all the beautiful Barcelona beaches, as well as to Castelldefels and Gava. A short train journey will bring you to Sitges and the Costa Brava.
- Note: There is no natural light in the apartment, it faces the interior of the building. However, the advantage of this is that the noise levels are very low so you can sleep well at night!

Very well attainable and calm district. Here we find important buildings like the fair of Barcelona, the congress palace, the fountain at the Montjuic, the Miró museum, the olympic stadium and the `Palau Sant Jordi’, the landmark of the olympic games of Barcelona 1992. There is also the ‘Poble Espanyol’. The Poble Espanyol is a watercolour painting which portrays the different people and cultures of Spain, represented in the form of streets and squares, monuments and buildings. Ideal to spend one day there.
