- A fantastic 100sqm apartment in Barcelona´s Eixample district, with room for up to 6 people.
- The unique layout offers you plenty of space to relax and enjoy a home away from home. There is plenty of natural light throughout the apartment, as well as quality furniture and decoration.
- The apartment is equipped with a safe box for your belongings.
- 3 bedrooms:
- One double bedroom with comfortable double bed, large windows to let in the sun, a TV and its own en-suite bathroom.
- Two single bedrooms each with a single bed, writing desk and storage space for your unpacking. One room has access to the large balcony with street views.
- There is also a double sofa-bed in the living space.
- 2 bathrooms:
- The first is an en-suite bathroom next to the double bedroom. This has a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. A second bathroom will allow your group to get ready quicker, and this has a hydro-massage shower, washbasin and toilet.
- The the stylish open-plan living/dining space is seperated into different areas, each with it´s own ambience. The main lounge area is for relaxing, with a comfortable sofa and cozy decoration and attractive plants.
- There is another lounge with the sofabed, chairs, TV and DVD with films (in english, french and spanish). You also have a small corner of the apartment next to a sunny window that can be used as a reading area, or for a siesta.
- A dining table and chairs is situated near the kitchen, so you can enjoy a self-catering holiday.
- The seperate kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook whilst on holiday. The balcony can be accessed from here too.
- If you are travelling with a baby, the owner will provide you with a cot and a highchair.
- The area has many good shops and restaurants, allowing you to make the most of the nightlife of Barcelona. The apartment is a short walk from Las Ramblas ot the beach, with good transport if you prefer to take a bus, metro or taxi.
- Situated in a typical building of the area, on the 1st floor with a lift.
