Two single bedrooms each with a single bed, writing desk and storage space for your unpacking. One room has access to the large balcony with street views.
There is also a double sofa-bed in the living space.
2 bathrooms:
The first is an en-suite bathroom next to the double bedroom. This has a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. A second bathroom will allow your group to get ready quicker, and this has a hydro-massage shower, washbasin and toilet.
The the stylish open-plan living/dining space is seperated into different areas, each with it´s own ambience. The main lounge area is for relaxing, with a comfortable sofa and cozy decoration and attractive plants.
There is another lounge with the sofabed, chairs, TV and DVD with films (in english, french and spanish). You also have a small corner of the apartment next to a sunny window that can be used as a reading area, or for a siesta.
A dining table and chairs is situated near the kitchen, so you can enjoy a self-catering holiday.
The seperate kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook whilst on holiday. The balcony can be accessed from here too.
If you are travelling with a baby, the owner will provide you with a cot and a highchair.
The area has many good shops and restaurants, allowing you to make the most of the nightlife of Barcelona. The apartment is a short walk from Las Ramblas ot the beach, with good transport if you prefer to take a bus, metro or taxi.

Middle class area extending to a big part of the city. Its is characterized by its lay out of blocks of buildings set in 100m squares and larger roads. There is a huge variety of shops, markets, restaurants and cafes with terraces, as well as art galleries and 18ths century modernist buildings. It is an ideal area to stay with your family because it issafe, central and near most of the touristy sights.
