- There is a spacious living/dining room area with a comfortable sofa. You can enjoy your meals in comfort with a good atmosphere. Afterwards you can enjoy the lively town centre or wind down in front of the TV. There is a DVD player with films included.
- The bedrooms are pleasant and light, and in this apartment there is 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with 2 single beds each.
- You can cool down in the summer or warm up in the winter with individually controlled heating and air conditioning. Freshen up in the bathroom which has a bath tub, overhead shower, washbasin and toilet.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with hobtop stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, etc. and all kind of kitchen implements you may need.
- Located on 3rd floor without lift in the very city center, 1 min. walk to the Ramblas.

The gothic quarter is certainly the heart of Barcelonas old town. Characteristic for this part of the town are the narrow midiaeval lanes with numerous shops, bars, restaurants, etc. Here you can go for endless walks and discover new places. Very worth seeing are the ‘Ramblas’, the gothic cathedral, parts of the old town wall, the theater ‘Liceu’, the market ‘Boqueria’, the ‘Plaza Catalunya’ and much more.
