- This is a nice big apartment for families in the heart of Barcelona´s Gothic Quarter. It has 106sqm and sleeps up to 6 people.
- You will be close to all the sights of the centre of town.
- 3 bedrooms:
- One double room with comfortable double bed.
- Two twin rooms each with 2 single beds. Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests.
- There is a further single sofa bed, making it possible for 7 people to stay at the apartment, only for families please ask.
- The bathroom is equipped with a shower, wash basin, toilet and bidet.
- You can relax in the living/dining area, which has a dining table for mealtimes. This room leads onto a balcony where you can enjoy evening drinks.
- There is a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to make the most of a self-catering holiday.
- Situated in a typical building of the area, on the 1st floor without a lift.
- A large apartment in an excellent location!
- This apartment is for the use of small groups or families, rather than large groups of friends.
- Note: The owner rents only to groups of over-30´s or to families.

The gothic quarter is certainly the heart of Barcelonas old town. Characteristic for this part of the town are the narrow midiaeval lanes with numerous shops, bars, restaurants, etc. Here you can go for endless walks and discover new places. Very worth seeing are the ‘Ramblas’, the gothic cathedral, parts of the old town wall, the theater ‘Liceu’, the market ‘Boqueria’, the ‘Plaza Catalunya’ and much more.
