- In the living space there is plenty of sunlight, and a dining table for spending mealtimes indoors.
- If you want to try cooking with local ingredients there is a kitchen equipped with cooking utensils, and Barceloneta market is a few minutes walk away.
- Located in a typical building of the area, on the 2nd floor without lift.
