- When staying at this apartment you will be able to rest and relax indoors as well as experience the daytime sightseeing and lively nightlife of the city centre. The apartment is well insulated against noise due to hermetic carpentry and double glazing, so you will get good sleep at night.
- 2 bedrooms:
- The first is a double room with a large comfortable double bed. The unique decoration is illuminated by the natural light that comes in through the balcony entrance. The balcony spans this bedroom and the living room, and is 9sqm. There is a big wardrobe for your clothes and luggage.
- The second is a single room, with a comfortable single bed and bedside cabinet. This room also has it´s own balcony.
- There are also 2 sofabeds in the living space for the 4th and 5th guests.
- In the bathroom is a modern all-white suite, with tiled floors. Towels are provided for all guests.
- Art-lovers will enjoy the original paintings on the walls throughout the apartment, which were painted by a local Barcelona artist.
- The sophisticated and well thought-out refurbishment is apparent in the impressive living space. This room continues the ´old and new´ theme. You can unwind on one of the comfortable sofas or take an evening drink outside on the large balcony, which has two chairs. This room also has a flatscreen TV and dining set.

The area Born is probably the most beautiful part of Barcelona. The old narrow lanes and little squares make it, for both tourists and locals, so attractive.
