- A fantastic 50sqm apartment, renovated and refurnished in July 2008, with room for up to 5 people.
- This is a great apartment for people who want to be within walking distance of Las Ramblas, whilst enjoying a relaxing time in a quieter neighbourhood.
- For bigger groups, you can also book the Deep Purple apartment, located in the same building.
- Very sunny and quiet ambient for your best comfort.
- 2 bedrooms:
- One double room with large double bed with a quality mattress, a wardrobe for your luggage, and access to a balcony with street view.
- The second double room with two comfortable single beds and quality mattress, a wardrobe and a window to the interior patio.
- There is a further folding bed available for a 5th guest, that can be placed also in the main bedroom if necessary.
- The bathroom is fully complete with a bath tub, shower, wash basin, bidet and toilet.
- In the living room you will find a large sofa and a relaxing armchair. Ideal for a relaxing evening after a day of sightseeing. You can spend mealtimes indoors at the dining table. There is pleanty of natural light and access to the balcony.
- You will find all you need to enjoy a self catering holiday in the large fully equipped kitchen. With plenty of shops and markets closeby, you will have no problem in finding all the groceries for your ideal homemade meal.
- With air conditioning and heating for an ideal temperature during all seasons.
- For your safety the apartment is equipped with a reinforced door and a safe box, where you can store all your valuables.
- A perfect place to stay for anyone interested in theatre, good food, Barcelona night life and sightseeing!
- Tip: If you are taking the airport bus the Gran Via Corts Catalanes/Comte d'Urgell stop is closer than Plaza Catalunya (10-15 minutes walk from the apartment).

This well connected area of the city is great for theatre lovers, being close to Paralelo where many big shows take place. Is is in easy walking distance of Ramblas and the beaches, or a short metro/bus journey. This is a quiet residential neighbourhood with small streets and less traffic than in the city centre, and even more so at night. There is a good selection of local bars, restaurants and shops with typical Barcelona treats. If you are arriving to Barcelona by boat this is a convenient area to stay, as the dock is easily accessible on foot or by taxi.
