- This impressive apartment is part of a group of brand new properties in a building situated very close to the main city centre street Las Ramblas, refurbished in June 2008. It is 55sqm and has room for up to 6 people.
- If you are travelling in a large group you can book other apartments in this building, so you can all stay together: Ramblas Building B2, E1, E2, 11, 21, 22, 31, 41 and 42.
- The whole apartment is decorated in a tasteful contemporary style. It features parquet floors, restored wooden ceiling beams and exposed brick walls.
- 2 double bedrooms:
- The first bedroom has 2 comfortable single beds (90 x 200) and storage space for your unpacking in the large built-in wardrobes. This is an exterior room with plenty of natural light from the patio doors.
- The second bedroom has bunk beds for 2 people. It is an interior room but still has light from the window between the bedroom and dining room.
- There is also a double sofa bed in the living space for 2 people.
- The bathroom is equipped with shower, wash basin and toilet. It features a designer glass wash basin, tiled walls and a spacious shower cubicle.
- The living/dining room is bright and luminous, with large windows in the patio doors which lead onto two small balconies overlooking the street. There is a comfortable corner sofa for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, plus a stylish glass dinner table for spending mealtimes indoors.
- There is also a plasma TV with international channels.
- You will have the use of a Wi Fi internet connection – which is great if you are travelling for business or want to keep in touch with people back home. This service is optional and has a 15€ one time charge.
- There is a fully equipped kitchenette situated in the open-plan living space. This has all the implements you may need for a self catering holiday. The famous Boqueria market is just a few minutes walk up Las Ramblas.
- You will find the washing machine and ironing board in a small seperate utility room.
- If you are travelling with a baby the owners will provide a cot free free of charge. You just need to request it after booking. The building located is on a tranquil pedestrian street which makes it a good choice for families.
- Situated on the 4th floor, with a lift directly to the apartment.

The gothic quarter is certainly the heart of Barcelona´s old town. Characteristic for this part of the town are the narrow midiaeval lanes with numerous shops, bars, restaurants, etc. Here you can go for endless walks and discover new places. Very worth seeing are the ‘Ramblas’, the gothic cathedral, parts of the old town wall, the theater ‘Liceu’, the market ‘Boqueria’, the ‘Plaza Catalunya’ and much more.
