- A large centrally located apartment in the heart of the city centre, with 100sqm and room for up to 6 people. It has plenty of space, and attractive contemporary decoration.
- There is a great view of Barcelona from the rooftop, where you will find a swimming pool (communal). There are also 2 balconies with views to the street.
- 4 bedrooms:
- Two are double rooms, one with a usual double bed and the other with a pull-out double bed. Each room has plenty of storage space for your clothes and luggage.
- Two single rooms, each with a comfortable single bed and wardrobes.
- With 2 bathrooms you can get ready quicker in the mornings. There is a bath tub, shower, wash basin and toilet in the first one. The second has shower, washbasin and toilet. Towels are provided for all guests.
- The living/dining room has good natural light and balcony access, with tasteful modern furniture. It is decorated in an attractive open-plan style with wooden floors, white walls and a quality sofa. A dining set allows you to spend mealtimes indoors if you wish.
- The kitchen is equipped with all the implements you may need for a self catering holiday, and the famous Boqueria market is nearby.
- Situated on the 3rd floor of a typical Ramblas building with a lift. If you are travelling by car you can make use of the parking which is available in the building (at 10€ per day).
- A great apartment for Barcelona holidays all year round, and especially when the weather is hot!

Very popular part of the old town of Barcelona, which changed a lot within the last ten years. Its eastern border builds the famous ‘Ramblas’ and in the west the ‘Ronda San Antoni’. In the streets of Raval you find a variety of multicultural leisure offer such as restarants, cafes, bars, shops, etc. Or you visit the museum of contemporary art, the ‘MACBA’. On the ‘Rambla del Raval’ you have the opportunity to stop for a coffee or a glass of wine and to watch the lively goings-on.
