- There is excellent transport to the beaches and Las Ramblas. It is great for shopping too, just a few minutes walk from one of the best shopping streets, Gran de Gracia.
The beautiful avenue of Passeig de Sant Joan will take you on a scenic walk into the heart of the gothic quarter.
- 5 bedrooms:
- Three twin rooms each with 2 comfortable single beds. Two of these bedrooms lead out onto the large balcony with street views.
- Two single rooms each with a single bed.
- There is a sofabed for 2 more people available in the living area. Please ask about prices extra guests (bear in mind there is only one bath/shower).
- 2 bathrooms:
- The main bathroom has a complete suite with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet.
- The second has a washbasin and toilet.
- In the living/dining area you will find clean contemporary decoration, with wooden floors, sofa and dining table. This leads into a seperate sitting room, a good place to relax in private and read a book.
- A fully equipped kitchen means you can enjoy a self-catering holiday, taking advantage of the quality food shops in the area.
- Situated in a typical Gracia building, on the 3rd floor with lift.
- A good choice for friends, families or colleagues who want to stay in a safe and attractive area of the city, whilst still being centrally located.
