- The apartment is on a pedestrian street, in a safe and quiet area close to the famous Sagrada Familia church, which some people say is the most beautiful building in the city.

- One with a comfortable double bed with quality bed linen, with bedside table lamps for reading at bedtime.
- Two further bedrooms with a single bed each, with lamps too.
- The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps 2 people. Each bedroom has storage space for your clothes and luggage.
- There are 2 bathrooms which is ideal for a group of 6, saving you time in the mornings and providing a place to have a refreshing shower after a day of sightseeing.
- The living space has tasteful modern furniture, and it leads onto your own private balcony so you can enjoy the views of the street below. There is also an interior patio to complete your relaxation experience.
- If you plan to spend an eveing indoors you can entertain yourself with Cable TV.
- In the kitchen you will find all the things you need to cook on holiday, and there is a dining table to use at mealtimes.
- Situated in a typical building of the area, on the 5th floor with lift.
- Registered in Tourist Catalonia Governement with num. REAT EB-00189.
- Owner only accept in this apartment people over 30 years old.
