- There is one large and comfortable double bed, and a wardrobe for your clothes.
- You wil find a further double sofa bed in the living space.
- The bathroom is equipped with shower, washbasin and toilet.
- In the living/dining area there is a table and chairs, so you may spend mealtimes indoors if you wish.
- A fully equipped kitchenette will allow you to take advantage of a self-catering holiday.
- There is a small interior patio, accessible from the apartment.
- Situated in a typical building of the area, on the 1st floor without a lift.

The area Born is probably the most beautiful part of Barcelona. The old narrow lanes and little squaresmake it for both, tourists and locals, so attractive. Home of many artists who convert it into a colourful, bohemian place. The ‘Paseo del Born’ invites you with its restaurants and bars to stay for a while. There you find as well the worth seeing church ‘Santa Maria del Mar’ and just around the corner the famous Picasso museum.
