charming and stylish 75sqm apartment, renovation and refurnishing finished in February 2005, sleep up to 7 people.

Located in the district of Barceloneta, 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes to Las Ramblas. It is located in a very quiet pedestrian street, but the area is full of good bars and sea food restaurants.

The decoration is plain but all the furniture is selected with taste. The apartment is exterior and very luminous. There si a really good atmosphere.

2 bedrooms:

Two double bedrooms with two single beds each, wardrobes and lots of natural light.

One room with another single bed.

Large charming living room / dining room area with 2 single beds, convertible to sofas. 7 single beds in total, all convertibles in double beds for more comfort.

Large, fully equipped kitchenette with all kind of kitchen implements for big groups.

One renovated bathroom with a big shower, wash basin and toilet.

You can have your breakfast on the beautiful 65 sqm terrace upstairs, furbished with table, chairs, sun loungers and lots of plants.

Located in a typical building in Barceloneta, 1st floor without lift. (Real level 2º floor).

Plenty of places where to buy some food for your self-catering vacation: Supermarket at 10 meters, bakery, municipal market at 50 meters, pharmacy at 100 meters. If you arrive by car you can find the public parking at 50 meters in order to park your car.

Ideal for groups of young people as well as big families. Rent this apartment and enjoy your Mediterranean holidays in a nice ambience.

Appartement très fonctionnel, rien ne manque pour passer d'agréables vacances. Proximité du métro et de la plage très appréciée. Le quartier est très populaire. Un grand merci également pour la chaleur de l'accueil et les conseils.
