Central 80sqm apartment in Barcelona with room for up to 6 people.
Well located in the very heart of the city, just 2 minutes walk from the famous Las Ramblas, ideal place for those who enjoy the nightlife.
The flat has very plain decoration, but it is luminous, quiet and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
2 double bedrooms:
Each one has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and bedside light, and one has access to the balcony, from where you can enjoy the view on the old town panorama.
1 bathroom:
The modern bathroom is equipped with shower, sink and toilet.
Bright living room with air conditioning and two comfortable sofa beds and access to the balcony, where you can sit and have nice evening time.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook your meals during your stay, and also with dining table and chairs.
Situated on the 3rd floor of a typical building of the area, the entrance is new but without lift.
You can find a lot of establishments where to buy some food: the Boqueria market is only a short walk away, supermarket is at 50 meters, baker´s at 20 meters, pharmacy at 20 meters, cyber café at 10 meters, public parking at 100 meters.
A great choice for visitors who would like to attend shows at the Apolo, Victoria, Romea, Liceu or Tantarantana theatres. Also close to the Maritime Museum, and Wax Museum, Guell Palace, not to mention all of the great bars, clubs and restaurants of this area! The beach is at 20 minutes walking distance as well.

Aucun souci pour cette location. Appartement idéalement situé pour visiter Barcelone à pied, à quelques pas de la rambla,du port et des ruelles typiques du vieux barcelone. A recommander, et nous y retournerons sans hésitation.

The apartment owner is English, which helped when our flight was delayed. The location couldn't have been better, almost opposite Gaudi's 'Palau Guell' off Las Ramblas (1 minute) inbetween Liceu and Drassanes Metro Stops and a five minute walk to the Para-Lel funicular to Montjuic... A few minutes walk from Placa Catalunya, the amazing Barri Gotic and close to convenience stores and Supermarkets. Situated on a busy, narrowish street, almost directly above the famous 'London Bar' and round the corner from 'Bar Marsella' the apartment was surprisingly quiet.. the back-facing balcony perfect to chill out on with a cold cerveza after a long days'sightseeing. The apartment itself was basic, clean and a fantastic base for a fantastic time - we can't wait to go back after falling in love with with Barcelona and it was a wrench to leave. Muchas gracias gobcn and Antony... from Rich and Maya

In general, the apartment was good and lived up to our expectations. However, there were some shortcomings - for example, that the kitchen was far from fully equipped (there was a minimum of cooking equipment, crockery, cutlery etc.), which was annoying because it prevented us from being able to use the kitchen for cooking for five people. But that were minor details and its location, our contactperson and the apartment in general were very good and made the stay really, really enjoyable! :-)

Nice apartment in great location. The balcony is small, but anyway big enough for three persons to chill out. The only negative thing was the neighobur in the ground floor, who was fighting with his husband all the time (yelling and slamming doors). Despite her own bad behaviour, she was complaining about our behaviour to our contact person, even though we only had one "accident" in the first evening, (that obviously really annoyed her).
