Apartment Description

Cosy and colourful 50sqm apartment with room for up to 5 people.

This is a great apartment for people who want to be within walking distance of Las Ramblas, whilst enjoying a relaxing time in a quiet neighbourhood.

Sunny place with lots of natural light and very quiet.

2 double bedrooms:

One double room with large double bed, a wardrobe for your luggage, and access to an private interior balcony.

One other double room with comfortable double bed, and a further folding bed available for a 5th guest.

The bathroom is brand new and is equipped with a shower, wash basin and toilet. The designe is modern and pleasant.

In the living room you will find a comfortable leather three-seated sofa, ideal for your rest while watching a new flat screen TV. You can wind down after a day of sightseeing, and spend mealtimes indoors at the dining table. The interior balcony can be accessed from here too.

You will find all you need to enjoy a self catering holiday in the large fully equipped kitchen. With plenty of shops and markets a short distance away, you can buy some local produce and practice your cooking skills.

This could be the perfect place to stay for anyone interested in theatre, good food, Barcelona night life and sightseeing, and the beaches can be reached by a pleasant walk along the marina too!

Tip: If you are taking the airport bus the Gran Via Corts Catalanes/Comte d'Urgell stop is closer than Plaza Catalunya (10-15 minutes walk from the apartment).

L'appartement est correct et agréable mais il est très sonore par rapport aux bruits des voisins . Il est bien situé à l'écart mais proche tout de même des Ramblas. le quartier est sympathique et vivant. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour

Apartamento funcional, limpio pero falta renovar alguna cosa ya que el baño no está actualizado con falta de presión de agua y necesita cambio, no hay ascensor. El trato con el propietario correcto, está muy cerca del paral.lel para coger el metro y autobús.

The apartment was very comfortable and the location is nice. Everything regarding the agency and apartment was trustworthy and worked out as planned. The internet did not work very well, in order to use it you had to be close to the front door. Thank you. The owner changed the router, the internet wifi is now ok.
