Modern recently renovated 120sqm apartment in Barcelona with capacity for up to 6 people.
Spectacular view over the famous Sagrada Familia cathedral and Plaza Gaudi from the private balcony, which is quite spacious, you can sit and enjoy the evening time with the privileged views.
The flat is totally exterior, recently renewed, furnished and decorated with style and taste!
There is plenty of entertainment including sattelite TV, Wi-Fi internet, computer, DVD player, Hi-Fi and even table games.
3 luminous bedrooms with huge windows and nice views:
Two double bedrooms with double bed and storage space.
One double bedroom with 2 single beds. Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests.
2 bathrooms:
One complete with bathtub, shower, sink and toilet.
One with just toilet.
In the living room there is a further double sofa-bed. You can relax on the sofa and have evening drinks. There is a large dining table in the separate dining room.
Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and all kitchen implements. You will be able to cook indoors and enjoy your meals in a very familiar atmosphere.
The apartment comes with central heating in all rooms, plus air conditioning, this is a great accommodation for any season of the year.
Located on the 6th floor (real level 7th floor) of a typical Eixample building, the entrance is of the époque of Modernism, with lift.
You will find all sort of food stores and supermarkets at 30 meters distance from the flat, the district market is just at 100 meters, there is a 24 h pharmacy at 50 meters away, Private parking at 200 meters. If you are interested in a night life, this is the right place to go; the entire Gaudí avenue is full of stylish bars and restaurants, just downstairs of the apartment. You have a cinema in 5 minutes walking distance as well.
This Accommodation is a great option for the people who want to experience the real Barcelona life and enjoy the most important touristic attraction of the city just opening the window.

Tout est extrêmement sympa, le propriétaire , l'appartement et l'emplacement spectaculaire .J'aurais préféré une grande douche à la petite baignoire vieillotte et l'appartement sans double vitrages et trés bruyant la nuit.Les restaurants consellés par le propriétaire sont à découvrir avec plaisir Impression générale trés positive , superbe week end en souvenir

Perfect location: central and with la Sagrada Familia on your balcony! Spacious, clean, and has all you need. The only downside is that the beds are a bit narrow. We will definitely go back.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment and Pastora (owner) was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very large and has all the amenities you could wish for. It is very handy for the metro and you can easily access all the areas you wish. There are many bars / restaurants in the area heading away from Sagrada familia and La piazzenza are very friendly and have good food with house wine at 7 euros a bottle! The area can be quite noisy early in the morning and there is a lot of traffic around the church, but this is the only down side. The area in the other direction is pedestrianised so no problem here. The apartment is on the 6th floor so fantastic view, but don't worry as there is also a lift! You will enjoy your stay!

The hosts were very friendly, a big thank you for them. The appartment was very clean and the sight from the living room & balcony is absolutely stunning, especially in the evening. We had a wonderful time.
