Apartment Description
  • Charming unique 45sqm apartment with terrace and balcony, totally renovated, with room for up to 5 people.
  • Well located in the safe residential area of Sants, one of the most typical of the city.
  • Modern decoration and furniture. The original wooden beams have been kept to give it warmth and character.

  • Spacious double bedroom with comfortable King-size sofa bed and quality mattress, 37” LCD TV, 2 armchairs, footstool, wardrobe, TV/storage cabinet, coffee table, 2 side tables, large bookcase and a small cupboard with shelf and coat hangers for extra storage space.
  • Small terrace with table and two chairs, for those who want to enjoy breakfast or a relaxing drink outdoors.
  • Well-equipped kitchen with glass ceramic hob, fridge, microwave oven, small conventional oven, coffee machine, kettle, fondue set, quality crockery, cutlery and utensils, two cabinets and a cupboard for ample storage space.
  • Dining area with dining table, that doubles up as a living-room or bedroom, with a comfortable double sofa bed, 1cupboard and clothes stand.
  • Small, cosy loft for extra sleeping space, with double bed and two reading lamps, strictly for the more agile, since it can only be reached with a ladder.
  • For those who don't want to sleep in the mezzanine, it is possible to ask for a folding bed.
  • Small balcony overlooking a small, quiet, street.

    This is a fantastic apartment in a great location for sightseeing in Barcelona. The metro stop is only a 5 minute walk away and the local area is brilliant and well worth a look around - we were very fortunate to be there during the local fiesta! Theo, the owner of the apartment, was very warm and welcoming and gave us a lot of information about the local area. The apartment itself is compact but spotlessly clean and has everything that you could possibly need for a short break. The only very slight criticism was that the bed on the ground floor was a sofa bed which, whilst very comfortable, was very creaky. Otherwise, this is a fantastic apartment and we would have no hesitation in recommending.

    Propriétaire sympa, accueillant.Appartement propre, neuf . Quartier calme a 3mn du métro, 7mn de la station train. De l'aéroport train s'arrêter au 3ème arrêt. Commerces a proximités. Vraiment super

    Wir waren 8 Tage in Barcelona. Das Appartment befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gasse, aber ist doch nur 2-3 Minuten von der nächsten Metro-Station (Plaça de Sants) entfernt. Die Hauptattraktionen in dieser wunderschönen Stadt sind mit der Metro in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Der Besitzer, Mr. Theo ist sehr freundlich und hat uns schon zu Beginn alles genauestens erklärt und gezeigt und uns wertvolle Tipps zu umliegenden Restaurants, Supermärkten usw. gegeben. Das Appartment ist wirklich komplett mit Allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht (inkl. u.a. Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett usw.). Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert!!!

    Calme, spacieux, très propre, dans un quartier facile d.accès . Tout petit bémol, le matelas du lit bien que neuf pour ma part est très . Théo le propriétaire habite à côté ce qui par sa gentillesse donne un plus à cet appart.
