  • Charming, bright and recently reformed 65 sqm apartment for up to 9 people.
  • Located in the Barceloneta area, near the beach.
  • Nicely decorated with antiques, engravings and art pieces; wooden floors, wood-beamed ceilings, soundproof windows and solid wood doors in all the rooms.
  • 3 bedrooms:
  • 2 triple bedrooms with 2 single beds and a mezzanine bed.
  • 1 triple bedroom with 1 single bed and bunk beds.
  • 3 showers:
  • 2 bedrooms have their own shower and sink.
  • The 3rd bathroom has a shower, no sink.
  • 1 separate toilet with sink for the whole apartment.
  • Lovely and large living/dining room with a big dining table if you want to eat in the appartment and a comfortable sitting area where you can relax after a long sight seeing or shopping day.
  • Modern fully equipped American kitchen with all the electrical appliances and utensils you may need to cook during your stay as well as a washing machine/tumble dryer and a dishwasher. There is a supermarket just in front of the apartment and there are also convenience stores and a food market in the area to do your grocery shopping.
  • Ideally located for those you would like to split their time between the beach and the sightseeing!

    L'alloggio è ben posizionato, lontano dalla caotica rambla, ma facilmente raggiungibile a piedi (15 minuti) o on un paio di fermate di metro. L'appartamento è pulito solo che c'erano ancora i piumoni invernali e faceva molto caldo! Inoltre non c'erano le lenzuola ma solo i copri materassi. Alcune stoviglie erano sporche, ma non credo sia colpa dei Propietario. Attenzione a chi ha i bambini piccoli perch&#x0117; alcune finestre, posizionate proprio affianco ai lettini, hanno le sicure non funzionanti. Per il resto è dotato di ogni confort per un piacevole soggiorno.

    appartement très agréable, quartier vivant et bon accueil de la responsable font que nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Seul problème les difficultés pour garer sa voiture et le prix excessivement élevé des parkings aux alentours ( 39.80&#x20AC; les 24 h !!!! )

    This was the cleanest,most well equipped apartment we have stayed in,and we have stayed in alot of apartments. 2 mins from the beautiful harbour and a leisurely 15 min stroll to La Rambla. Ouafae was our point of contact and she was more than helpful.would stay here again . thank you The Maxwells

    The apartment was nice but the week we came aircon in lounge was leaking so we have to switch it off, and all aircon in all room not working although fans were provided it was very unpleasant at night very hot and stuffy, could not open window due to flies and mosquito. Shame because it is in a great location close to the beach and walking distance to El born, Antoine who received us was very helpfull in advising us where we could park our cars. One recommendation don't try to come with your car as expensive to park in carpark 37 euro a day. Shame the owner did not fixed aircon before renting flat out, also there was lots of flies when we came back each day and we did not even cook or eat in the flat during our whole stay? Nice place that I could recommend if owner fix aircon and investigate in the flies situation. Saying this we have enjoyed Barcelona.

    Appartement bien situé, à 5 min de la plage/15 min de Las Ramblas. Métro à proximité. Les fleurs dans la rue sentent un peu mauvais mais on s'y fait. Appartement fonctionnel avec four, lave linge, lave vaisselle, télé, chaîne hifi.. La climatisation dans les chambres n'est pas assez forte, celle dans le salon fuit un peu mais rien de grave. Les chambres ont toutes une douche, par contre il n'y a qu'un seul WC. La personne de contact est adorable, elle a même quelques notions de français. Malgré quelques petits défauts cet appartement est très agréable. Je recommande !
