The booking of a tourist apartment should be made through our website prepaying the corresponding booking fee with the credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express), by Paypal or by the bank transfer as an alternative payment method.
Once GOBCN APARTMENTS S.L. receives the payment, the booking is confirmed and the confirmation letter is sent to the customer with the exact address of the apartment and the owner's contact details.
The remaining balance of the reservation generally must be paid in cash directly to the owner at your arrival with the refundable damage deposit that will be reimbursed at the departure if the apartment is left in the initial conditions and no item is damaged nor missing.
The payment method of the balance and security deposit can be different, so it's important to check thoroughly the profile of each apartment and get aware with the specific conditions of them.
Cancellation requests are subjected to the following penalties depending on the date of notification prior to the rental period:
* More than 30 days prior: 50 % of the total pre-payment will be refunded in any case, including force majeure situations.
* Less than 30 days prior: 100 % of the pre-payment is non refundable.
Cancellations made for period of special events: 100% charge of the prepayment is totally nonrefundable.
If gobcn apartments has to cancel any reservation due to problems of overbooking once the customers have made prepayments, GOBCN APARTMENTS S.L. is always obliged to offer them alternative accommodation with similar facilities at same price or if no alternative available the agency will refund the booking fee paid. If the customers don't accept alternative accommodation offered, GOBCN APARTMENTS S.L. will refund the total amount of the booking fee consequently.
After booking an apartment, the prepayment made for that specific apartment cannot be transferred to another apartment under no circumstance, If you want to change your original booking for another apartment, you need to cancel the original booking first and then make a new one following the general rules of booking.
It is strongly recommended that clients purchase holiday cancellation insurance. Any cancellation, including force majeure, will be subject to our clear and simple cancellation policy explained in these conditions.
Check in time begins from 14:00. Prior to your arrival you have to contact the apartment owner in order to schedule the check in time. You will find all the contact information in your confirmation letter which you receive from us once the payment is accepted.
The norms of the check in policy can vary depending on the owners, that's why it's important to check the desired apartment's specific conditions in its profile information.
According to our general terms, the owner will be waiting for you at the apartment to welcome you, show you the apartment, give you the keys and inform you personally about all the details of it. You need to pay the remaining balance as well as the refundable deposit in cash.
Please inform the owner a few days in advance of your arrival time at the apartment. Should you be delayed, please phone the owner as soon as possible to let him know and avoid unnecessary waiting.
Once you have arrived in the apartment and checked that everything is working fine, the remaining amount won't be refunded unless occurs any incident beyond the control of the agency or the owner that cannot be fixed at that time.
NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR LATE ARRIVAL IN 90% OF OUR APARTMENT!!! SOME OF THE OWNERS ASK FOR THE ADDITIONAL FEE FOR THE LATE CHECK IN, ITS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO CHECK THE SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ANY APARTMENT IN ORDER TO AVOID THE FURTHER MISUNDESTANDINGS.
Our owners accommodate clients till late at night, but please it is very important to give the owner your exact arrival time.
The check-out should be done before 11:00am. You will need to inform the owner of the time you will be leaving at. This time can be flexible in the case that no-one else is arriving on that day.
The deposit will be refunded in cash if no damage or incident occurred in the apartment and you will hand the keys back to the owner or representative. The deposit reimbursement rules can vary depending on the specific terms and conditions of each apartment, so it's important to check its profile information thoroughly for your full awareness.
The guests are highly recommended to respect neighbors and other apartment building residents that have to get up early and go to work every day. Therefore, noise, loud music, any kind of parties, arguments or uncivil behavior will not be tolerated nor in the apartments, nor on the staircases.
Our apartments may not be used as a party space, but as an accommodation for sleeping, eating, relaxing, etc. We kindly ask your full collaboration and thorough observation of the following rules in order to avoid any sort of problems and complications.
- Rest hours: Monday - Friday 10 PM to 9 AM, Saturday - Sunday 24PM to 10 AM
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments, please use the external windows and the balconies.
- Responsible use of the air-conditioning and lights is kindly asked; please turn off all electric appliances when leaving the apartment.
- Total respect of the apartment property and furnishing, in case of any type of damage, the cost of the item will be discounted from the security deposit.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
Undue noise and unsocial behaviour will be penalised and may result in the guests being asked to vacate the property immediately WITHOUT REIMBURSEMENT AND ANY KIND OF COMPENSATION.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
The customer should inform GOBCN APARTMENTS S.L. of the exact number of guests included in the booking, i.e. the number of adults, children over 10-years-old, children under 10-years-old and babies (a cot will be provided on request). The stay of the children under 10 is free. Only the number of persons indicated by the client in the booking will be authorized to use the apartment. The number of persons occupying the apartment may not exceed the capacity allocated for each flat, except the children under two years of age.
Pets are not allowed unless special permission has specifically been granted.
Increasing and reducing the number of guests in the confirmed booking is admitted. You should inform GOBCN APARTMENTS S.L. about the changes and prepay the difference of the reservation fee in order to modify the existing booking.
In case of any infringement of the above mentioned obligations, GOBCN APARTMENTS S.L. reserves the right to request the client to leave the apartment, without any type of compensation.
As a general rule, pets are not allowed in apartments unless they belong to disabled people who inform us in advanced. However, some owners accept them (cats or dogs only) under some hygiene and behavior conditions. Please check the profile of the apartment you are interested in for the specific information regarding the pets or ask beforehand.
In any case, pets should be looked after at all time and never let on their own in the apartments. They should respect hygiene conditions and not make noise that can disturb the neighbors. In case of infraction of the norms they must vacate the property.
Any query or complaint should be made immediately to the owner and should also be communicated to GOBCN APARTMENTS S.L., by phone or email in order to avoid any misunderstanding and try to find an efficient solution to the problem. All the complaints should be made before leaving the apartment.
