In the moment you make a booking you'll receive an instant confirmation (few seconds) with all the details of your reservation to your email address.
2. All the prices are per apartment per night, depending on the number of persons staying in the apartment. Please check the capacity of the apartments showed on our web site. The apartment occupancy should never exceed the stated number of guests assigned to it, except for babies under 2 years old.
3. In order to make a reservation we require a downpayment of 20% of the total amount that can be paid online with a credit card (instant reservation). Visa, Mastercard or Maestro are accepted. It is also possible to make a bank transfer (on request). The downpayment can be refunded in case of cancellations as according to our terms and conditions.
Payments transactions made by internet with our bank server with gobcn apartments are 100% safe guaranteed.
4. There is a small tax in your reservation of 3,20% of total amount that we charge at the moment of your booking.
There are no any further taxes.
5. The remaining balance should be payed always in cash on the arrival date at the apartment to the owner or representatives.
6. There is a charge for cleaning that varies from aprox. 30 to 60 eur , dependingon the apartment. It is paid once (it's the cleaning done right before you arrive to the apartment). If you need more cleaning service during your stay, please contact the owner (it would be charged extra).
7. Yes, a deposit of 150 € is required upon arrival at the apartment to cover any damage that can be done to the property. It is refundable in full on your check-out date, if no damage has been done in the apartment.
8. You will collect the keys at the apartment, owners or representatives will be waiting for you there at the time previously agreed with you. They will also expalin you everything that needs to be known on the apartment, show you how the equippment works and give you the apartment keys.
9. Check-in time is after 14:00 h.
Check-out time is before 11:00 h.
There is no problemif you are arriving late in the evening, our owners accommodate guests till late, but please contact them to arrange it previously.
There is no extra charge for late arrivals.
If you are arriving earlier than the check-in time please contact the owners - if there are no clients leaving the apartment on the same day you will probably be able to check-in at your arrival time. Otherwise, they will try to keep your luggage while the apartment is being cleaned; however please remember to communicate it to the owner previously and understand that the usual check-in time is only after 14:00 h.
10. Owners or representatives will be waiting for you at the apartment at the time previously agreed with you. You can find the exact apartment address in our booking confirmation email.(Remember to print our booking confirmation for your records).

11. Electricity, gas and water expenses are included in the price, there is no extra charge for any of them. |

14. If you have doubts on how any part of equippment in the apartment works, or any other doubts regarding the apartment, please contact the owners immediatly. They will try to help you as soon as possible! If you need some help regarding the places to visit or more information on Barcelona you can contact the agency during business hours by telephone, or by e-mail 24 h. at your service.
15. All of our apartments are located in Barcelona city center, very close to the touristic sites and have public transport access. The distances are between 1 min. walk to Ramblas (famous central location) and 15 min.by underground.
16. All of our apartments are fully equipped, fresh towels and bed linen are provided, and also the kitchen utensils. Please consult the exact equippment list on the apartment page.
17. Pets are not allowed in any of our apartments. However, in certain cases (blind dogs, etc) and with certain owners it is possible to bring them with you. It's the owner himself who needs to give you a special permission. Please enquire prior to reservation .
18. We always offer you the best prices - visit our last minute offers , for stays of more than 14 nights please ask for special rates.
19. From Barcelona airport we suggest you to take a taxi, as it's the fastest and the most comfortable mean of transport. It can cost about 20 or 25 € / 1 to 4 persons, and will take 30 min. to the city center.
You can also take a bus (the so-called Aerobus), that leaves every 20 minutes to the city center and costs about 4 € / person. From one of its stops in the centre you can then take a taxi or underground to the apartment. From 2007 it is also possible to take a train from the airport to the city.
20. NO, there are no charges for late arrivals.
21. Children under 10 years (up to 2 kids) and babies are FREE of charge for all of our apartments. Most of the apartments have a cot for your babies available on request without extra charge ( please be sure that the apartment you are interested in has one if you need it). |
