CHECK IN
On the day of your arrival, the owner will be waiting for you at the apartment to welcome you, show you the apartment and give you the keys, and inform you personally about all the details of it. You need to pay the remaining amount in cash as well as the refundable 150€ deposit.
Once you have arrived in the apartment and checked that everything is working fine, the remaining amount won't be refunded unless should occur an event beyond the control of the agency or the owner that cannot be fixed at that time.
Check-in will be done from 14:00 to allow enough time for cleaning between the last customers and the new ones, and leave the aparment in perfect conditions. Please inform the owner a few days in advance of your time of arrival at the apartment. Should you be delayed, please phone the owner as soon as possible to let him know and avoid unnecessary waiting.
NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR LATE ARRIVAL IN ANY APARTMENT !!.
IMPORTANT:
Our owners accomodate clients till late at night, and WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE, but please it is very important to give the owner your exact arrival time.
CHECK OUT
the check_out should be done before 11:00am on your last day. You will need to inform the owner of the time you will be leaving at. This time can be flexible in the case that no-one else is arriving on that day. The deposit will be refunded in cash if no damage or incident occurred in the apartment and you will hand the keys back to the owners or representatives.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- If you cancel a reservation, there is a cancellation charge that will depend on the number of days before the beginning of the rental period:
* More than 30 days before: 50 % of the total pre-payment is is non refundable in any case, including force majeure.
* Less than 30 days before: 100 % of the pre-payment is non refundable in any case, including force majeure.
Cancellations made for period of special events: 100% charge of the prepayment, i.e. it's totally unrefundable.
If gobcn apartments has to cancel any reservation due to problems with apartments booked by customers once they have made prepayments, gobcn apartments is always obliged to offer customers alternative accommodation with similar facilities at same price, only if there is availability for the dates booked in another similar apartment, if clients don't accept alternative accommodation offered, gobcn apartments will refund clients the prepayment they made.
If gobcn apartments can not offer you alternative accommodation once a client have made the prepayment , gobcn apartments will refund you 100% prepayment without extra charge for clients.
After booking an apartment, the prepayment made for that specific apartment cannot be transferred to another apartment under no circumstance, If you want to change your original booking for another apartment, you need to cancel the orginal booking first and then make a new one.
It is strongly recommended that clients purchase holiday cancellation insurance. Any cancellation, including force majeure, will be subject to our clear and simple cancellation policy explained in this conditions .
DEPOSIT SECURITY
Owners ask a deposit of 150 euros that has to be paid in cash at the moment of check-in, and will be refunded at your check out time if no damage was made to the apartment.
APARTMENTS RULES
You will be staying in an apartment that is part of a building with a community of neighbours so we ask you to respect them. They are normal working people who need to get up early and go to work every day so please keep the noise level down in the staircases as well as in the apartments.
Our customers have to respect the rules that pertain to the apartment and the community it belongs to.
The apartment may not be used as a party space but that of an accommodation for sleeping, eating, relaxing, etc. We emphasize that you look at the rules thoroughly in order to avoid any future problems. We wish our customer have a good experience in Barcelona.
- Parties are not allowed.
- Silent hours: Monday - Friday 10 pm to 9 am,
- Saturday - Sunday 12 midnight to 10 am
- Respect the noise level when in the staircase.

We request not to smoke inside the apartments, please use the external windows and the balconies.
- Please turn off the air-conditioning or lights if you
leave the apartment
All guests must treat the property and furnishings of the apartment with total respect. Likewise all guests must at all times be respectful of surrounding properties and other people in the building. Undue noise and unsocial behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in the guests being asked to vacate the property immediately WITHOUT COMPENSATION
NUMBER OF GUESTS
The client will inform GOBCN APARTMENTS of the exact number of guests included in the booking, i.e. the number of adults, children over 10-years-old, children under 10-years-old and babys (a cot will be provided if you request it). Remember that it's free for children under 10 providing there are no more than 2. Unless otherwise agreed by GOBCN APARTMENTS, only the number of persons indicated by the client in the booking will be authorised to use the apartment. The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons allocated for each apartment, except for children under two years of age. Pets are not allowed unless special permission has specifically been granted.
In the event of any infringement of the aforementioned obligations, GOBCN APARTMENTS will reserve the right to request the client to leave the apartment, and the client shall have no right to claim any type of compensation.
PETS
As a general rule, pets are not allowed in apartments unless they belong to disabled people who let us know in advance. However, some owners accept them (cats or dogs only) under some hygiene and behaviour conditions. Please ask beforehand.
In any case, pets will have to be looked after at all time and never let on their own in the apartments. They will have to respect hygiene conditions and not make noise that could disturb the neighbours, in which case they would have to leave the property.
COMPLAINS
Any query or complain should be made immediately to the owner and should also be communicated to Gobcn, by email if possible to avoid any misunderstanding, in order to try to find a solution. The complain should be made before leaving the apartment.
APARTMENTS INFORMATION & LINKS TO OTHER SITES
GOBCN APARTMENTS, its agents and employees cannot be held responsible for the contents of other web sites that don't refer to its own apartments, i.e., external links.
BEHAVIOUR
Any person booking with gobcn apartments agrees to follow the normal behaviour rules, in accordance with normal civic standards.
